Sous Chef

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • A strong team player with good organizational and kitchen management skills.
  • Creative in developing new products.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Has a good mix of personality and skills
Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a restaurant / catering industry
  • Experience in running table service of restaurant with seating capacity of more than 150
  • Confident, persistent, dedicated and ability to forge good team spirit
  • Able to lead and motivate his / her team of employees
  • Ability to manage 30 employees and above
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Have had experience in food and beverage costing
  • Relevant Degree / Diploma is an added advantage
